We work with clients, architects and consultants at the design stage to develop specifications that are buildable, cost-effective and compliant. Our input at pre-construction stage adds real value and avoids the costly design-to-site gaps that cause problems on site.

We manage procurement of materials, equipment and any specialist subcontract works. Our project managers build and maintain detailed programmes, keeping all parties informed and the project on track.

Our multi-trade teams carry out the works — plumbing, mechanical, electrical, joinery, decoration and associated building works — in a coordinated sequence designed to achieve the programme and the quality standard required.

All building services installations are formally commissioned, tested and signed off. We manage the commissioning process and provide clients with the documentation they need for building control, warranties and operations.

We don’t consider a project complete until the client has everything they need — O&M manuals, as-fitted drawings, commissioning records, warranties, training and a full understanding of how their systems operate.

Our relationship with clients doesn’t end at handover. We offer structured aftercare, defects period support and ongoing maintenance arrangements — ensuring the investment in your project continues to perform.
